Purchasing A Puppy from Fantasy Yorkies

We would like to discuss the puppy with you and make sure it is the perfect puppy for you and your family.
Since puppy is being sold as pet quality, AKC registration papers will be limited registration unless prior arrangements have been made between buyer and breeder.
I am often asked about expected weight of the puppies when they are grown. I can estimate its weight based on past experience with other puppies, but this prediction is only an estimate with the best information and past experience and not a guarantee of size. The only way you can know 100% what a puppy will weigh as an adult is to buy it as an adult.(But then you would miss out on so much--chewed shoes, housetraining, first haircuts, and watching them grow and change)
After we have talked (or emailed) and you have decided which puppy you want ,
a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee of $300 for a traditional color, or a parti carrier,
or $1000 for a parti yorkie will hold the puppy until it is
old enough to go home with you (Usually 10 - 12 weeks, but may be longer for the
smallest puppies)
The reservation fee can be a check or cashier's check made out to Shirley Bovay and mailed to me at 29950 Hwy 133 N, Richland, MO 65556.if it will be 10 business days or more before you will be getting the puppy. If the puppy would be picked up before 10 business day of receiving the reservation, we accept only PayPal, cash or a money gram for the reservation fee..
Once the reservation fee is received, the puppy will not be sold to anyone else. Please email me when the money is mailed.or if sent through PayPal. If you pay the entire amount through PayPal please add 3% (PayPal's fee.)
AT THE TIME YOU PICK UP THE PUPPY, THE REMAINDER OF THE PRICE OF THE PUPPY PLUS MISSOURI STATE SALES TAX MAY BE PAID BY CASH, or PAYPAL .. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT FOR THIS FINAL PAYMENT. Sales Tax is not paid if the puppy is shipped outside of Missouri.
Unless your puppy is extra small, we like for it to go to it's new home about 10 - 12 weeks of age.
Sometimes a puppy needs to stay longer due to size or maturity and I will let you know as soon as possible if it does need to stay here longer.,.,
If you are not able to take your puppy home with you when it is ready to go to it's new home, please let me know ., A boarding fee will apply if the later pick up time is for the buyers convenience, unless the later time is agreed to when the puppy is reserved.
Our puppies are fed Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy food, which can be purchased at PetSmart, as well as some MFA Stores or PetSmart.com. You will receive a small bag of this food when you pick up your puppy.
Your puppy will be current on their shots,wormings, and vaccinations for their age when you get it. It will have had its first vet check at about 8 weeks.
You will receive a copy of the puppy's shot record, Registration Papers, Pet Guarantee, the puppy's toy, and a sample bag of the Eukanuba food it has been eating.
Our guarantee provides that if your vet finds a serious health problem at your initial vet check (within 2 days of picking up the puppy) you can return your puppy for a different puppy. We also have a 1 year guarantee on life threatening genetic health problems. A link to the Pet Guarantee is on the left on the blue column near the top.

Yorkies are wonderful pets and companions. You will enjoy their sweet disposition, spunky attitude, unquestioning love, and a lifetime of their companionship. The only problem is - they are like potato chips - you can never have just one !
